This is what mami decided to bring to relatives's house.

Deep-fried special tofu "老少平安" :D
1. 150gm minced chicken meat
2. 3 squares of tofus OR just 2 rectangular tofus
3. Mash them, just like what my sis and i did here.
4. Mix them with the minced chicken meat.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder, lil bit of black pepper and salt.
6. Add 3 beaten eggs
Get the cute mushrooms ready.
7. Chop them into tiny lil pieces.
This step should be the easiest part for everyone,
8. just throw everythin inside and mix it. hehe
9. Steam it like for 20 minutes.
10. Let it cool down first before you put them into refrigerator.
11. Chop them into cubes.
12. Stir the Tempura powder with water.
13. Dip it like this..
14. Throw them all into the frying pan:D
